Sanders L. Denis is a former New York City criminal prosecutor, with a high level of expertise in state & federal criminal defense law, family law, criminal & immigration appeals, immigration law, deportation, complex immigration cases, political asylum, VAWA, family petitions, divorce, bankruptcy, and business law. 

Sanders L. Denis  received his  Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law Syracuse, N.Y. in 1991, and in the same year was immediately admitted to the New York State Bar Association. Sanders L. Denis had the great privilege to serve from 1991-1995 as an Assistant District Attorney, a criminal prosecutor under the Honorable Richard Brown.

After leaving his post in 1995 as criminal prosecutor in the County of Queens, New York, he embarked in his mission as a private defense attorney, and has been serving his clients ever since. Sanders L. Denis is well respected and trusted by the multicultural communities that he serves. His services are sought by people from all walks of life, non immigrant and immigrants alike. Sanders L.
